Theresa was very helpful during the negotiation and closing stages. She readily responded to emails, phone calls, and even texts after normal work hours and even on the weekends. She was willing to communicate to the seller all questions that we had about the property and related back the responses in a rapid manner. She was nice to suggest a reputable home inspector and move the process along.
